Magnesium Chloride, Aqua, Methylsulfonymethane
Usage
Use a foot bath 2 to 3 times a week. For this, you'll need 125g of magnesium flakes and 10g of MSM in approximately 4 liters of warm water. Duration: 20 minutes. After strenuous exercise, a foot bath is optimal: use 500g of magnesium and 50g of MSM.
Duration: 30 to 45 minutes. Enough for 8 foot baths or 2 full baths.
