Dosage and use
To maintain your magnesium balance, take a foot bath twice a week. For health issues, we recommend taking a foot bath every other day, preferably in the evening before bed. Dosage: 125 grams in approximately 4 liters of warm water. The recommended temperature is 37 degrees Celsius. Duration: at least 20 minutes, optimally half an hour.
