Zechsal Body Cream: Use the body cream as needed. It's wonderful for hands and feet. It can also be used to care for the skin after using magnesium oil or gel. Its mild formula makes it ideal for children.
Zechsal Hair & Body Wash: As a shampoo, it's especially suitable for people with irritated scalps or limp, lifeless hair. It often helps relieve an itchy scalp.
Zechsal Bath Crystals: A soothing bath for relaxation and skin care requires a dosage of half a kilogram to 1 kilogram. The same dosage is recommended for maintaining your magnesium balance. After the bath, your skin will feel pleasant and supple. The recommended bath temperature is 37 degrees Celsius in all cases. Bath time is at least 20 minutes, with an optimal 45 minutes. The frequency depends on your personal needs.
