Usage
Quinoa has a nutty flavor and is a great substitute for rice, pasta, or potatoes. It's versatile and delicious in a variety of dishes and also makes a delicious addition to salads. Rinse the quinoa again before cooking to eliminate any bitterness. Use approximately 75g per person and add twice as much water or broth. After simmering for 10 minutes, let the quinoa rest, covered, for another 10 minutes.
