Turmeric* 55%, cinnamon* 14%, liquorice*, ginger* 7%, cardamom* 3%, black pepper*, apple*, fennel*, mace*, cocoa shell*, cloves*. * certified organic cultivation
Directions for use
Pour 250 ml of boiling water over the tea bag and let steep for 7-9 minutes, or longer for a stronger taste. Add milk or milk substitute and sweetener to taste. To best enjoy the turmeric, it is recommended to prepare the tea as "Golden Milk": bring the tea bag to a boil in milk (100°C), let it steep for at least five minutes for safe consumption. Enjoy. Contains liquorice: people suffering from hypertension should avoid excessive consumption.
