Yogi Tea Organic Turmeric Chai

Turmeric* 55%, cinnamon* 14%, liquorice*, ginger* 7%, cardamom* 3%, black pepper*, apple*, fennel*, mace*, cocoa shell*, cloves*. * certified organic cultivation
Usage
Pour 250 ml of boiling water over the tea bag and let it steep for 7-9 minutes, or longer for a stronger flavor. Add milk or milk substitute and sweetener to taste. To get the most out of the turmeric, we recommend preparing the tea as "Golden Milk": bring the tea bag to a boil in milk (100°C), and let it steep for at least five minutes for safe use. Enjoy!
Contains liquorice: people with high blood pressure should avoid excessive use.
