Arnica Muscle Balm warms stiff and tense muscles, such as those experiencing morning stiffness, tension, exertion, and after exercise. Extracts of daisy, meadowsweet, arnica, birch leaf, and essential oils of rosemary and lavender in an ointment base warm the muscles and promote blood circulation, transporting oxygen and nutrients more quickly to the affected area and expediting the removal of waste products.
