The Vuokkoset Night Wings Sanitary Pad is made of 100% organic material. The outer layer is made of organic cotton, and the inner layer is made of pure cellulose, 100% chlorine-free (no SAP), from certified Scandinavian forests. This means the pad is biodegradable and compostable. Even the packaging has been carefully considered. It is made of biobased material, compostable and recyclable (sourced from sugarcane).
The sanitary napkin carries the Nordic Swan Ecolabel and is approved by the Finnish Asthma and Allergy Federation.
