Usage
Children over 12 years and adults: take 1 stick of powder half an hour to an hour before going to bed.
Drinking water is not necessary, you pour the contents of the stick onto your tongue and let the powder melt slowly.
We recommend emptying the stick in two doses. Or mix the contents of the stick with yogurt, cottage cheese, or tea.
This product contains sweeteners from natural sources. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
