Ingredients
BroccoDIM Complex 1: Broccoli sprouts, rice flour, capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate), bamboo extract. BroccoDIM Complex 2: MUSTARD seed (MUSTARD), Vitamins, Capsule shell (Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, Enteric coating), Rice flour, Fermented leucine, Bamboo extract.
Usage
Sulforaphane route: Take one BroccoDIM Complex 1 capsule once daily along with one BroccoDIM Complex 2 capsule, unless otherwise directed by a doctor or therapist. Preferably take with food.
DIM route: Once daily, open one BroccoDIM Complex 1 capsule plus one BroccoDIM Complex 2 capsule, stir it into a glass of water or fruit juice, and drink, unless otherwise directed by a doctor or therapist. Best taken with food.
Storage instructions
Store in a cool, dry place (but not in the refrigerator) and out of reach of young children.
