Ingredients
Magnesium, microcrystalline cellulose (bulking agent), taurine, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (thickener), magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent), rapeseed oil (glazing agent).

Usage
Take one tablet twice daily with plenty of water. Maximum two tablets per day.

Storage instructions
Store in a cool, dry, dark place closed.
