Usage
Dissolve 10 grams of Vitiv Alka Green powder (approx. 2 scoops) in water, fruit juice or mix with a smoothie 1 - 3 times a day.

Green tea:
Maximum dose of ECGC is 800 mg per day.
Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.
Not suitable for children under 18 years, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
