Usage
Easy
The treatment is used for 3, 6, or 12 days. One box is good for one day. A box contains 7 sachets for 7 shakes. The sachets are mixed with water to create an easy-to-consume shake. The only things you consume during the treatment are the shakes. Try to drink plenty of water alongside these. If you do feel the need for something extra during the treatment, you can have a pureed apple or tomato, some organic fruit juice, or vegetable broth.

Instructions for use
There are a few things to keep in mind when starting the program. Before you begin, it's a good idea to reduce your food intake. After the program, it's best to gradually increase your food intake.

Preparation
To prepare your body, we recommend reducing the amount and type of food you eat for two days before the treatment. During these two days, minimize your sugar, coffee, and alcohol intake, preferably none at all. Drink plenty of water.

Tapering Day 1: Eat half of your usual amount of food.
Tapering Day 2: Eat easily digestible foods on this day. Preferably only fruit, soup, and yogurt or smoothies in limited quantities.

Cure
After the preparation, it's time for the treatment. One box is good for one day of treatment. This box contains seven sachets that you dissolve in water throughout the day, shake, and drink IMMEDIATELY. If you leave the product diluted with water, the liquid may thicken so much that you can no longer consume it.

Wake up: (immediately after getting up) Put 300 ml of water in the shaker, then add the contents of the sachet and shake.

Drink the meal shake immediately after mixing and drink at least 2 liters of water daily. It's best to avoid coffee and alcohol during the treatment.

After the treatment
We recommend that you gradually build up your diet again after the treatment.

Build-up day 1: Eat as much liquid as possible, such as soup, smoothies and yoghurt.
Build-up Day 2: Eat foods that are both soft and cooked, such as soup, boiled eggs, boiled vegetables, boiled potatoes, and boiled fish. This should be no more than half of what you would normally eat.

After these two days you can eat normally and you may also have uncooked vegetables and salads.
