NUTURA® OCEAN OMEGA
Our diet often reveals a deficiency of omega-3 fatty acids. NUTURA® Ocean Omega spray combines the polyunsaturated fatty acids omega-3 (linolenic acid) and omega-6 (linoleic acid). These two fatty acids are extracted from spirulina, a blue-green algae found in various locations around the world, and from flaxseed, a plant whose cultivation dates back to ancient Egypt.
Ocean Omega Spray also contains a generous amount of vitamin E.

Usage
Before first use, press the pump 4 to 6 times to activate it. Shake gently before use. Spray directly into the mouth, 2 sprays, 4 times daily. Each tube contains approximately 240 metered sprays. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store at room temperature. Best before and batch number: see bottom of spray bottle. Avoid spraying in eyes.
