Thiamine is the precursor of the biologically active form of vitamin B1, thiamine pyrophosphate (TPP).
Vitals Vitamin B1 250 mg provides a high dose of pure thiamine. The ingredient is contained in a vegetable capsule made from cassava and supplemented with an excipient made from rice.
