Vitals Vitamin B1 thiamine 100mg
Thiamine is the precursor of the biologically active form of vitamin B1, thiamine pyrophosphate (TPP). Magnesium is required for the conversion of thiamine to TPP.
Vitals Vitamin B1 100 mg provides a generous dose of pure thiamine. The ingredient is contained in a vegetable capsule made from cassava and supplemented with additives from rice.
Preferably use/recommend vitamin B1 in combination with a vitamin B complex or multivitamin (B vitamins work closely together).
Thiamine pyrophosphate is involved as a coenzyme in several reactions related to energy metabolism, including the release of energy from fat, carbohydrates and proteins.
It plays this role in energy metabolism in all cells, including the cells of the heart and nervous system, thus contributing to the normal functioning of the heart and nervous system.
It is also important for brain and nerve functions, which determine aspects such as concentration, memory and mood.

Anti-caking agent (rice fibre), thiamine hydrochloride (-HCl), vegetable capsule (pullulan, from fermented cassava starch).
