About Ubiquinol
This product contains 50 mg ubiquinol, the most biologically active form of Q10. Q10 supplements typically use the oxidized form of this nutrient, ubiquinone. This conversion process, which can be difficult for various reasons (such as older age), is not necessary when using ubiquinol.
