Vitals Q10 100 mg
Q10 (also called coenzyme Q10) is a substance produced by the body and found in all cells (in the mitochondria). This fat-soluble compound is also called ubiquinone, which loosely translates to "ubiquitous." The body is supplied with Q10 through both its own production and dietary intake. Under certain circumstances, the body's own synthesis of Q10 may be insufficient to meet existing needs, and dietary intake becomes more important. Therefore, Q10 is considered a (semi-)essential nutrient. After oral intake, Q10 is largely converted into ubiquinol. This conversion process is not necessary when using a supplement containing ready-made ubiquinol.
Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative damage
