Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) is an endogenous substance that can be produced in the cell in response to certain stimuli. Food also contains small amounts of this substance, especially eggs, peanuts, soy, (organ)meat and fish.
The action of PEA was discovered in the 1990s by Nobel Prize winner Rita Levi-Montalcini. Since then, many studies have been conducted with PEA, and gradually more has become known about its mechanism of action. There are more than 300 scientific publications on this substance.

Usage
For the first two months, take one capsule three times daily with a meal and plenty of water, or as advised. The daily dose can also be taken in two separate doses (for example, two capsules in the morning and one in the evening). It is highly recommended to use PeaPure consistently for at least two months. Most PeaPure users notice a difference after a few weeks. After two months, you can consider: - continuing with one capsule twice daily - reducing the intake to one capsule once daily - discontinuing intake. If the results decrease after lowering the dosage, it is advised to increase the dosage back to one capsule two or three times daily. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
