Ingredients
FISH oil triglyceride concentrate, FISH gelatin (softgel capsule), humectant (glycerol), purified water, antioxidant (tocopherol-rich extract).

Usage
Take 1-2 softgels daily with a fat-containing meal and water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Note: The supplementary daily intake of EPA and DHA combined should not exceed 5 grams (5 softgels Ultra Pure EPA/DHA 1000 mg). Only use dosages of more than 1000 mg EPA/DHA in consultation with a doctor if you suffer from (or have suffered from) atrial fibrillation.
