EPA and DHA are good for the normal functioning of the heart, with a daily intake of 250mg EPA and DHA.
DHA is good for maintaining healthy brain function and good vision.
EPA and DHA contribute to the maintenance of normal blood triglyceride levels, with a daily intake of 2 grams of EPA and DHA.
The additional daily intake of EPA and DHA should not exceed 5 grams

FISH oil, lemon flavouring, antioxidants (rosemary extract, ascorbyl palmitate and tocopherol-rich extract).
Usage
Children 3 years and older: Take 2.5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) daily with a fat-containing meal. Adults: 5-10 ml (1-2 teaspoons) daily. The oil can be taken neat or mixed with cold drinks or dishes. Follow the recommended dosage.
A 5 ml measuring spoon is included.
NB:
Store unopened packaging at room temperature. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 3 months.
The supplementary daily intake of EPA and DHA together should not exceed 5 grams (approx. 4 teaspoons [=20 ml] Liquid EPA/DHA 1200 mg).
Doses exceeding 1000 mg EPA/DHA should only be used in consultation with a doctor if you have (had) atrial fibrillation.
