Enzyme Formula Pro is a balanced formula with various types of enzymes, including carbohydrate-, protein-, and fat-splitting enzymes. The product consists of an enzyme complex (BioCore® Optimum Complete) supplemented with a special gluten-splitting enzyme branded Tolerase® G. Gluten is a protein that occurs naturally in certain grains, such as wheat, rye, and barley. Because gluten is rich in the amino acid proline, it can be difficult to break down. Enzyme Formula Pro can be used with any meal and is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
