Usage
Take 2 tablets daily with water during a meal. Follow the recommended dosage.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

This nutritional supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 10 years of age (mandatory declaration for products containing more than 20 μg vitamin D per daily dose).

The vitamin K in this product makes it unsuitable for use with coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as acenocoumarol and phenprocoumon). These medications are also called vitamin K antagonists, and their effectiveness is reduced by vitamin K intake from food and supplements.

Kidney patients should not take more than 200 mg of vitamin C per day due to the risk of excessively high oxalic acid concentrations in the blood.
