Ingredients
Minerals (magnesium, zinc, iron, molybdenum, selenium, silicon, copper, iodine), vitamins (C, E, B3, D3, B5, K2, B2, B1, A, B6, K1, folate, biotin, B12), choline bitartrate, vegetable capsule (pullulan, from fermented starch), rice flour (Oryza sativa), Q10, mixed tocopherols, citrus bioflavonoid complex (Citrus sinensis), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), lutein, meso-zeaxanthin, stabilizer (calcium acetate), beta-carotene, zeaxanthin, bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose [cellulose gel], hydroxypropyl cellulose).
Usage
Take 2 capsules per day with water during a meal. Follow the recommended dosage. This dietary supplement is not suitable for children under 10 years of age (legally required labeling for products containing more than 20 mcg of vitamin D per daily dose).
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
The vitamin K in this product makes it unsuitable for use with coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as acenocoumarol and phenprocoumon). These medications are also called vitamin K antagonists, and their effectiveness is reduced by vitamin K intake from food and supplements.
