Ingredients
Minerals (magnesium, zinc, silicon, molybdenum, selenium, boron, iodine), vegetable capsule (pullulan, from fermented starch), vitamins (C, E, B3, D3, B5, K2, B2, B1, B6, A, K1, folate, biotin, B12), rice flour (Oryza sativa), choline bitartrate, lutein, Q10, mesozeaxanthin, stabilizer (calcium acetate), mixed tocopherols, citrus bioflavonoid complex (Citrus sinensis), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), alpha-lipoic acid, lycopene (Solanum lycopersicum), pterostilbene, zeaxanthin, beta-carotene, bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose [cellulose gel], hydroxypropyl cellulose).

Usage
Take 2 capsules daily with water during a meal. Follow the recommended dosage.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

This nutritional supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 10 years of age (mandatory declaration for products containing more than 20 μg vitamin D per daily dose).
The vitamin K in this product makes it unsuitable for use with coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as acenocoumarol and phenprocoumon). These medications are also called vitamin K antagonists, and their effectiveness is reduced by vitamin K intake from food and supplements.
