Vitals Elemental selenium
Elemental Selenium is based on concentrated mineral drops (CMD), a special seawater concentrate from the Great Salt Lake (Utah, USA) containing the full spectrum of minerals and trace elements (stripped of almost all sodium, and in this case supplemented with extra selenium in the form of sodium selenate). This product is manufactured using a traditional and natural concentration process using the sun.
The minerals and trace elements in Elemental Selenium occur in dissolved and ionic forms, as electrolytes. This means they are not combined with other elements, but rather as individual electrically charged particles. Magnesium chloride (MgCl2), for example, dissolves in water and breaks down into the ions Mg2+ (positively charged magnesium) and Cl- (negatively charged chloride). Minerals also occur in our bodies in this way, dissolved in intra- and extracellular fluids such as blood plasma. Minerals in ionic form are therefore easily absorbed.

Usage
Use the Opti-Dose dropper to take 1 ml daily (1 pipette = 1 ml). Add the drops to approximately 200 ml of water, fruit juice, or food. Shake before use. Follow the recommended dosage. Slight crystallization may occur, but this does not affect the quality of the product.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
