Usage
Take 1-2 softgels per day with water during a fat-containing meal. Pregnant women should take 1 or 2 softgels per day, depending on their diet and omega-3 status. Breastfeeding women and adults aged 50 and over should take 2 softgels per day. Follow the recommended dosage.
