Acetyl-L-carnitine (ALCAR) is the acetylated form of (L-)carnitine, which is mainly found in food in (red) meat and to a much lesser extent in plant-based foods such as nuts, seeds, legumes, grains and vegetables.

N-acetyl-L-carnitine-HCl, vegetable capsule (pullulan, from fermented starch), anti-caking agent (rice fibers).
Usage
As a dietary supplement for adults, take 2-3 capsules daily between meals (at least half an hour before, or two hours after a meal) with water. Pay attention when using antidepressants
