Directions for use
1 to 5 grams (1 gram is ± one level teaspoon) per day. Mix well with water or juice. With protein-poor meals, a maximum of 10 grams per meal. Use is not advised for children up to 12 years of age, during pregnancy, lactation, phenylketonuria.
