Vitamin D3: the sunshine vitamin
Vitamin D3 is a fat-soluble vitamin and is known as the sunshine vitamin.
Our bodies can produce D3 when our skin is exposed to sunlight. Vitamin D3 is also found in small amounts in foods such as oily fish (salmon, mackerel, anchovies) and in mushrooms (D2) that have been exposed to light. A supplement can be a valuable way to support your vitamin D3 intake.

This form of vitamin K2 is the most stable and best absorbed. While vitamin K1 remains active in the body for only one to two hours, vitamin K2 MK-7 has a half-life of over 72 hours. This means this biologically active form has sufficient time to reach blood vessels, bones, and other tissues in the body.
