Do you eat oily fish at least twice a week? Research shows that most Dutch people don't even come close to that. This is worrying, because our bodies can't produce the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA on their own. That's why we call these fatty acids essential.
Fish oil 1400 TG with D3 capsules contain a high dose of 560 mg EPA and 420 mg DHA from 1,120 mg omega-3. This amounts to an exceptionally high concentration of more than 80% active ingredient!
High omega 3 concentration of >80%
This high concentration of over 80 percent omega-3 fatty acids isn't a given, however. In a natural fish oil concentrate based on triglycerides, this ratio is usually only 26-57 percent.
