At the end of an active day, the Multi Night Woman Sport offers further support for your lifestyle. Important nutrients in the night formula are the fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) and calcium from red algae. In addition, ginger root and passionflower should not be missing from the night variant.
The Multi Night Sport Woman contains a vitamin D dosage of 20 mcg. This means that, outside of the winter months, it is often not necessary to supplement this vitamin separately in addition to the Multi Day & Night Woman Sport.

Red algae have a special structure that allows them to absorb minerals from seawater, including a significant amount of calcium. This calcium-rich algae has the apt English name chalk weed. In addition to calcium, red algae also contain other valuable minerals such as magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, and iron.
