At the end of an active day, Multi Night Woman Sport offers further support for your lifestyle. Important nutrients in the night formula include fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) and calcium from red algae. In addition, ginger root and passionflower are essential components of the night version.
Multi Night Sport Woman contains a vitamin D dosage of 20 mcg. This means that, outside of the winter months, it is often not necessary to supplement this vitamin separately alongside the Multi Day & Night Woman Sport.

Red algae have a special structure that allows them to absorb minerals from seawater, including a significant amount of calcium. This calcareous alga is appropriately called 'chalk weed' in English.
