The Multi Day Woman 50+ contains the most absorbable forms of vitamin B12: adenosylcobalamin (50 mcg) and methylcobalamin (150 mcg). Unlike the inactive synthetic form cyanocobalamin, these forms no longer require conversion by the digestive system. With a dosage of 200 mcg of vitamin B12, a separate supplement is often unnecessary.
