1. Shade technique: 30 days before harvest, the tea bushes are covered to stimulate the production of polyphenols and antioxidants.

3. Steaming to preserve freshness and nutrients: Immediately after picking, the leaves are briefly steamed to prevent oxidation and preserve the fresh aroma.
4. Slow drying for maximum quality: The leaves are slowly dried in multiple rounds to preserve nutrients and flavor.
5. Freezer storage for optimum freshness: After drying, the leaves are stored at a low temperature for optimum freshness.
6. Removal of veins and stems: Only the tender green leaves are used; veins and stems are carefully removed.
