Water, ethanol, Teasel (Dipsacus silvestris L.) root extract 1:1
Usage
6-week starter treatment: Start with one drop in the morning and one drop in the afternoon. On day two, add one drop in the evening. On day three, take 2 drops twice a day, on day four, 3 drops twice a day, on day five, 4 drops twice a day, and on day six, 5 drops twice a day. Then, take 5 drops three times a day.
Drink 2 liters of pure water and/or pure herbal tea, for example nettle tea, goldenrod or elderflower
Light treatment of 6 weeks: 1st week 5 drops twice a day.
Then 5 drops 3 times a day
Drink: 2 liters of pure water and/or pure herbal tea, for example nettle tea, goldenrod or elderflower
6-week course of treatment: 5 drops twice a day in the first week. Then 20 drops three times a day.
Drink: 2 liters of pure water and/or pure herbal tea, for example nettle tea, goldenrod or elderflower
Intensive 8-week treatment: 1st week 5 drops 3 times a day, 2nd and 3rd weeks gradually increase to 30 drops 3 times a day. 4th through 8th weeks further increase to 40 drops 3 times a day (maximum 3 x 120 drops).
Drink: 2 liters of pure water and/or pure herbal tea, for example nettle tea, goldenrod or elderflower
Storage instructions
Teasel is safe to use as long as the recommended daily dose is adhered to. However, its use is currently not recommended for pregnant women due to a lack of sufficient research in pregnant women.
