Creatine is a naturally occurring substance in our bodies. Our bodies can obtain creatine in two ways: by producing it ourselves from the amino acids arginine, glycine, and methionine. Alternatively, by ingesting it from our diet. However, the amounts found in food are relatively low.

To put this into perspective, one standard scoop of creatine from this supplement contains approximately 3 grams of creatine. To get the same amount from natural food sources, you would need to consume either 300 grams of herring or 700 grams of beef daily.

Usage
Take 1 scoop of powder with a 250 ml glass of water or fruit drink per day.

You should supplement with creatine daily, both on rest days and training days. The most important thing is to take your daily dose. On training days, we recommend taking Elite Creatine before your workout (approximately 30-60 minutes). This is due to the presence of D-Ribose, a sugar (carbohydrate) that is quickly absorbed and provides immediate energy.

Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding is not recommended due to lack of sufficient research.

Not suitable for children under 10 years.
