High curcumin content
The use of a turmeric extract with a very high curcumin content (95%) has a significantly greater effect than unprocessed turmeric (curcumin 2-9%). Supplements with unprocessed turmeric have almost no health-promoting properties. The curcumin dosage (2-9%) is simply too low for that. However, when there is a high-quality curcumin extract (95%) in a high daily dosage (650 mg), numerous effects can be attributed to the herb.
