Usage
Take 1 scoop per day. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Dissolves easily in (lukewarm) water, coffee, tea, fruit juice, chocolate milk, soup, protein shakes, oatmeal, smoothies, yogurt, and cottage cheese. After stirring, let it sit for 5 minutes for optimal dissolution.
