Ingredients
BCAA 2:1:1 (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine) granules, Vitamin C, Lemon flavour powder, Stevia (natural sweetener).

Usage
Take 1 measuring spoon once daily with a glass of water or fruit juice, unless otherwise advised. Preferably half an hour before a meal or 2 hours after, as amino acids compete with other amino acids from a meal for absorption. You can increase the dosage if necessary, for example, during intense exercise. A measuring spoon is included.
