This Aleppo soap is made with olive oil and 35% laurel berry oil. The soap is traditionally made in Syria through saponification in a large cauldron. It is then hand-cut, which is why the Aleppo soap pieces are somewhat irregular. It contains no additives and is known for its skin-friendly and moisturizing properties. It is a mild cleanser, has antibacterial properties, and is suitable for all skin types—even sensitive skin.
