This carefully composed steam bath oil from Van der Pluym consists of very mild natural oils.
With its soothing and calming effect, Van der Pluym Steam Bath Oil provides relief from swollen mucous membranes of the nose, throat and sinuses.
Van der Pluym steam bath oil clears the air, has a soothing effect on cold weather and enables freer breathing through the nose.

Calendula, Chamomile, Fennel, Myrtle, Pine, Thyme
Usage
Let 500 ml of boiling water cool for at least 2 minutes. Add 6-8 drops of oil (3-4 drops if using a vaporizer). Inhale slowly and deeply for up to 5 minutes. If inhaling is difficult (for example, with children), the steam bath oil can also be applied directly to the chest. Alternatively, you can apply 6-8 drops to a cotton ball and place it near the child (about 1 meter away).
