Usage
Shake before use.
Take drops in a glass of water.
Adults and children 12 years and older: 10 to 20 drops three times daily. For a healthy night's sleep: 20 drops in the early evening and 40 drops before bed.
Children from 6 to 12 years: 5 to 10 drops 3 times a day.
Children from 3 to 6 years: 6 to 8 drops 3 times a day.
Children from 6 months to 3 years: 3 to 5 drops 3 times a day.
