Magnesium (magnesium oxide), Capsule shell: hypromellose. 100% inactivated Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Carrier: maize starch. Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose. Carriers: sucrose esters of fatty acids, pregelatinised rice starch, sunflower lecithins. Anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, Vitamin B3 (nicotinamide), Vitamin B5 (calcium D-pantothenate), Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), Vitamin B2 (riboflavin), Vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), Vitamin B9 (folic acid), Vitamin B8 (D-biotin), Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).
Usage
Take 1 to 2 capsules per day with a glass of water
