Thermacare heat compresses for the neck, shoulders and wrists
- Muscles relax through deep heat.
What is this medicine used for?
Thermacare naturally and effectively relieves muscle and joint pain caused by muscle strains, stiffness, sprains, muscle tension or osteoarthritis.
Directions for use
Open the package just before use. Remove the adhesive side and apply Thermacare to the painful area. Wear for 8 hours to relieve pain for up to 16 hours. It may take up to 30 minutes for Thermacare to reach its therapeutic temperature.
Contraindications
- In combination with creams against muscle pain, medicinal ointments or other heat sources.
- On damaged skin.
- If you have any bruises or swelling that has occurred in the past 48 hours.
- On parts of the body that are insensitive to heat.
- If the contents of the heat compress leak and/or if the compress is damaged or torn.
- On persons who cannot remove the product without assistance or who are unable to follow all usage instructions, such as children and certain elderly persons.

Heat products can cause irritation or burns. To reduce this risk, we recommend checking your skin regularly.
If you find these, discontinue use immediately.
If you are 55 or older, you should wear Thermacare over clothing and avoid using it while sleeping. Do not use a heating product on the same body part for more than 8 hours in any 24-hour period. To avoid an increased risk of burns, remove the product before an MRI scan.
Storage advice
Keep out of reach of children.
