Preparation
Open the sealed package and place the test cassette on a clean, dry and flat surface.
Testing seeds
Use the pipette to place 1 drop of sperm into the test cassette.
Add 3 drops of staining solution buffer to the test cassette and wait 1-2 minutes.
Then add 2 drops of wash solution buffer and wait another 1-2 minutes.
