With this test you can detect the presence of benzoylecgonine in urine. Benzoylecgonine is a metabolite (breakdown product) of Cocaine.
Cocaine is extracted from the leaves of the coca plant. Cocaine use can cause euphoria, an increase in self-confidence, and even the feeling of having superhuman powers. It also leads to a faster pulse, dilated pupils, fever, muscle spasms, and sweating. Benzoylecgonine can be detected in urine 24 to 60 hours after cocaine use.

Prepare the plastic pouch with the test. If the test was stored in the refrigerator, it must first be brought to room temperature unopened before useYou will need a glass or cup to collect the urine.This must be clean and dry and must not contain any detergent residue. You will also need a stopwatch or a watch.Collect urine sample:Ask the person to be tested to provide a urine sample (to urinate into the cup)Performing the test:Remove the test cassettes and pipette from the pouch. You can dispose of the empty plastic pouch and desiccant bag with regular household waste. Start testing immediately after opening the pouch.Place the cassette on a flat surface and take a moment to calmly examine the test cassette. Dip the tip of the pipette into the urine and draw up a small amount of urine to the line on the pipette. Now drop 3 - 4 drops of urine into the round opening of the test cassette. Immediately after dropping, start the stopwatch or watch. You will now see the red-colored liquid slowly moving across the result window from right to left.Read the result after 5 minutes. Reading after 5 minutes is also possible, but no later than 15 minutes. Reading after 15 minutes can lead to an unreliable result.
