Dip the tip of the pipette into the urine and draw up a small amount of urine to the line on the pipette. Now, drop 3-4 drops of urine into the round opening of the test cassette. Immediately after dropping, start the stopwatch or watch. You will now see the red-colored liquid slowly moving across the result window from right to left.Read the result after 5 minutes. Reading after 5 minutes is also possible, but no later than 15 minutes. Reading after 15 minutes may yield an unreliable result.
