Green curry is one of the most famous Thai curries. A classic that, if you do it justice, will become a staple in your go-to meals. A quarter of chili, lemongrass, kaffir lime, galangal root, which provides an authentic citrus flavor, cumin, and coriander create that unmistakable Thai essence. Usage
