Tahini is also known as sesame paste. We make it from hulled and unhulled organic sesame seeds. We do this in-house using a carbon-neutral process. What you taste is pure quality! Tahini has a rich, slightly savory flavor and a wonderfully creamy texture. It's often used in hummus, but it also makes an excellent base for other sauces and dressings.
