Shoyu is the most famous Japanese soy sauce. Made from soy and wheat, and in our case, traditionally made in Japan. Because the fermentation process is long and natural, the flavor is top-notch. Usage
Place the dispenser bottle on the table and add shoyu to your dish to taste. Shoyu is perfect as a dipping sauce for sushi, but also for noodles, stir-fries, and vegetable dishes. Hold your finger over one of the holes to measure the amount as you pour.

After opening, store in the refrigerator until the expiration date.
